Can I track my shipment?

Yes. All Fan Outfitters packages are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped. You can track your package by doing a Google Search for your tracking number or looking it up on UPS.com

I made a mistake in my order! How can I fix it?

All orders push to our warehouse in real-time so it is unlikely that we will be able to make a change prior to shipment. However, feel free to return the item and will be happy to give you a full refund. Then simply place another order. See our refund policy for further details.

I haven't received my order yet.

We apologize for the delay! If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your order, call us by voice. Please consult your tracking data before contacting us.

If I choose Next Day or 2 Day Shipping, when will I get my order?

Orders take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. Therefore, if you opt for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, it will take 2-3 days longer than the shipping method: 3-4 Days total for Next Day Air and 4-5 Days total for 2nd Day Air.
